With it’s current perspective, Transpersonal Breathwork gives an open welcome to the body and it’s movements, landscapes and emotions.
The very supportive framework and committed accompanying by therapists allows greater freedom and depth for new experiences, ranging from biographical to transpersonal.
Accelerated breathing combined with specific musical support are major contributing elements facilitating access to a “potential healer” who is just waiting to be utilised.


Brigitte Chavas has a psychotherapy practice since 30 years and uses Transpersonal Breathwork since 20 years. Over the last several years, she has developed a series of seminars specifically for adolescents, young adults and couples. She is also a trainer in transpersonal therapy and breathing techniques. She has co-authored various books including “The Manual of Transpersonal Psychotherapy” and “Heal the Ego, Reveal the Being”.


Jean-Marie Jobelin was trained in Rebirthing 28 years ago and in Transpersonal Breathwork 20 years ago. He works with individual clients as an integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist, and for the last 20 years has been co-facilitating Transpersonal Breathwork groups every two months. For 25 years he has been directing ISTHME Trainings, a transpersonal oriented practitioner and therapist training using body/mind and relaxation approaches.
