Full Description

Join us once again for a powerful weekend of breathwork, mantra, chant, movement, cacao and deep shadow healing. Our teacher and mentor Anthony calls us collectively The Dreamer, the Shadow and The Shaman, and this is what we bring to our life work and to this event.

We are delighted to be returning to our friends Richard & Marybeth's home at The Gables in Glastonbury, at this magical time of year - Imbolc, the pagan time representing new beginnings and seeds of the earth awakening. We call upon you, we call on our Ancestors and we humbly ask the land to hold and support this healing work.
Using the Alchemy of Breath Conscious Connected Breath we will explore our ancestral relationships. By creating intentional ceremony we have the chance to release old stories, heal what has passed, and return to presence, creating new possibilities for the generations to come.

Highlights include a Shamanic opening ceremony, 3 diverse breathwork sessions, a Heartsong chanting & mantra circle, and a Cacao infused mandala breath ceremony. We hope to be able to visit one of Glastonbury's most sacred sites during this event (TBC)

Kim, Ben & Steph hold different energetic vibrations, each of which dances beautifully with the other to elicit deep healing and powerful ceremony. Together, we will use the breath, our voices and our inner knowing to call on the Ancestors of our lands, our families and the community as we breathe ourselves back to remembering.

We are very fortunate that the retreat will be held once again at The Gables, a magical venue overlooking the plains of Glastonbury.

The retreat is being offered a special rate £140, with an earlybird price of £125 (if booked before Jan 1st 2019). The evening mantra and song session will be open to the public as an add-on events but the rest remain closed to those who are in for the long run!

Numbers are limited to 24 people so book early to avoid disappointment!

We very much look forward to being with you again.
