The day will comprise of understanding how you can effect your health through your breathing and how breathing and the stress response are linked, followed by teaching and practicing the Buteyko Breathing Technique. This will enable you to use breathing as a method of stress reduction anywhere any time.
We will also address emotional wellbeing through a Dynamic Breath Release meditation based on principles from Rebirthing, and emotional release work and using different breathwork practices to explore your body and find a better relationship to you through your breath - the bridge between mind and body.
