Meet2Breathe Online

It has been already six months since we started breathing together online.
It all began after the Global Inspiration Conference 2017 in Austria. We wanted to keep on breathing together but we were living in separate countries and even in different continents. So the only way to keep on practicing conscious breathing together was breathing online. This is how we started and how we still continue to meet 2 breathe online.

Practitioners from USA, Canada, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Lebanon, Estonia, Australia and Indonesia have joined Meet 2 Breathe .There have even been breathing practitioners who feel isolated in their own country, because they do not know any other breathworkers in their area or they live far away that have benefited from M2B online.

In Meet 2 Breathe Online, we come together with one same intention, sharing our passion to practice conscious breathing. All breathing modalities and all levels of experience are welcome.

The breathing sessions take just from 60 to 75 minutes. You join by filling the registration form, so that we know your experience in Breathwork and know if you are already a member of the International Breathwork Foundation.

The session is given in zoom, so make sure you unload it in your computer or on your mobil phone. It is important that you connect with a headset with microphone because we want to listen to your experience and to your breathe. 

We start M2B by taking a few deep breaths together so that we can synthonize ourselves in the same channel and then each one of the participants is invited to share the intention for the session.
On the second phase we lay down and we keep our attention on the breathe, while we listen to music. Sometimes we turn on the microphone so that we can listen to other participants breathing rhythm, this really encourages us to keep on breathing. 

Some are more guided and others less guided. As an energy healer and meditation guide, I usually I take you to breathe through the chakras so that you balance your energy centers and connect with the level of the spirit to feel peacefully.

When the session ends you are encourage to turn on your side on baby posture, it is the integration phase . We finish by sitting up and sharing our experience.

It has been a wonderful experience to work with so many different people, from different languages, different personalities and all of them receive the benefits of breathing consciously. I am grateful to you for trusting me to hold the sacred space while you breathe consciously. .
