Welcome to the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF)

ImageThe International Breathwork Foundation is a world-wide network of people from different traditions and professions who are inspired by and interested in the practice of Conscious Breathing and Breathwork. The IBF warmly welcomes everyone who is interested in breathing as a tool for mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
 
The purpose of the IBF is to promote a heart-centred approach to Breathwork, its theory and practice, for the expansion of consciousness and for personal and global transformation.

Breathwork Development Fund

On the occasion of its coming of age during the Global Inspiration Conference in Ecuador in 2011, the IBF created a Breathwork Development Fund to support the development of breathwork all around the world through providing funds for projects such as:

  • financial assistance for GIC attendance
  • part funding of scholarships for breathwork training or
  • support to progressive application of breathwork.

The Breathwork Development Fund is available to anyone, but can only be applied to by an IBF member.

The Breathwork Development Fund is fuelled mainly by donations, which have now been included, on a voluntary basis, in the IBF membership fee structure.
