Welcome to the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF)

ImageThe International Breathwork Foundation is a world-wide network of people from different traditions and professions who are inspired by and interested in the practice of Conscious Breathing and Breathwork. We come  together to share and celebrate our love of the breath. The IBF warmly welcomes everyone who is interested in breathing as a tool for mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
 
The IBF’s purpose is to promote a heart-centered approach to Conscious Breathing and Breathwork, its theory and practice.
 
On our website you will find information about the history and activities of the IBF, how it is structured and, most importantly, the benefits to you from becoming a member. Global Inspiration Conference 2008

At last we are pleased to present to you exciting information for the upcoming GIC in the United Kingdom (Sunday 13th to 20th July 2008).

The GIC is an opportunity to meet friends we have not seen for years - new faces also - and a wonderful selection of workshops and seminars on the very best in conscious breathwork worldwide. Additionally this year at the Global Inspiration Conference in the UK, we are offering healing in the hot tub and sweat lodge, as well as a swimming pool and sauna - and all of this in the middle of the beautiful British countryside.
