The use of breathing for health, well-being and emotional well-being draws its eﬀects from the physiology of ventilation.
As a physician deeply rooted in scientific and rational validation, David O'Hare discovered HRV Training almost by chance, and thanks to his approach to HRV biofeedback he understood the benefits of taking into account the use of ventilation in the field of health, whether on a physical, emotional or psychological level.
David O'Hare will present the effects of multiple practical applications of guided ventilation, synchronous breathing and empathetic breathing, that he currently teaches and in which he has trained more than two thousand professionals to date.
David O'Hare has been a medical doctor for 42 years. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Marseille and is also a graduate of Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapy, Aeronautical and Space Medicine and Nutrition. He participated in the Foundation of the Institute of Integrated Medicine in Paris with David Servan-Schreiber with whom he delivered the first trainings of professionals of HRV Training in France twice a year. He has also been a consultant doctor at the Institute of Integrative Medicine of Montreal, Quebec.
Dr. O'Hare is currently the proponent of several university-level type studies to validate the practice of paced breathing techniques with health professionals and health organizations.
Dr. O'Hare resides in Montreal, but his conferences, workshops and seminars take him to most French-speaking countries.
